Standard Shipping

Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
(Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and South African public holidays.)

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 6 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@corepac.co.za with your name and order number, and we will investigate.

Returns & Damaged Items

Due to the nature of our products as disposable food and gift packaging, we accept returns only if the items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, and the return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Approved returns will be refunded, excluding delivery and return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@corepac.co.za, including:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Damaged items are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the CPA, and we will work towards a fair resolution.

Payment

Payment may be made using the following methods:

• Credit Card – payments are securely processed
• Bank Transfer (EFT) – banking details will be emailed to you after placing your order

Orders paid via EFT will be dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing.
