Return Policy

Convenient exchanges & returns for 7 days from date of delivery

For your convenience, Core Pack offers to exchange or refund your purchase within 30 days of invoice, free of charge.

To return an unwanted item which is not defective, the product must be:

• Returned within 7 days of the delivery date
• Undamaged and unused, (note: Any Packaging dispatched unfolded may not be returned folded) and in salable condition.
• In the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition
• Accompanied by a copy of the invoice

Once we have received your returned product and it has been checked by our Goods Receiving team, a full refund of the price paid will be made.

Please note:

Transport charges for returns (apart from faulty goods) are at the customer’s expense.

Unwanted items for special events like Valentine’s Day, Christmas, Mother’s Day etc may not be returned after the event.
